The "Fifteen Expressions" is a cycle of exercises from "Qigong Yangsheng".
Prof. Jiao Guorui
(1923-1997) developped the system from the so-called "Thirteen Taiji-Pole-Exercises" of the Daoist Xu Xuanping from the 9th century. Like the "Eighteen Movements" they are lined up in a consistent form, which allows a flowing performance without interruptions.
